The parent company
Axon Trade ApS is a Danish private limited company in Copenhagen, founded in September 2025 and run by its founder and sole owner. It operates two ventures under their own names. Whatever you sign with either of them, the counterparty is this company: it issues the invoice, holds the data and carries the responsibility.
Two ventures, one company
Builds AI colleagues that read everything a company already holds, lay out the complete file for any case, quote it word for word and state what was not found. Client data is processed in Europe under a data-processing agreement.
Neural Logic is a brand, not a separate company. Its contracts, invoices and data-processing agreements carry the name Axon Trade ApS.
